Graduated from Listowel High School in 1931. At his death he lived in an apartment on Yonge Street, Toronto, about half way down Hogs Hollow hill. He worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, as a Branch Manager.
Earl played the organ at his Church, and for weddings etc. He had a cottage at Alcona Beach.
He is buried in grave number 179, section 7, York Cemetery.
